A Little Guessing Game...

Alright, for those of you who have seen Dad's office and all his built-in bookshelves, I've come up with a little guessing game. Whoever is the closest in answering the following question will receive ..... um .... uhhh .... special congratulations from me!

How many boxes will it take to pack up all Daddy's books?

Just the ones on the built-in bookshelves. There are 24 shelves that are two feet wide and I am packing them into wine boxes which vary in size, but are pretty small.

So that should keep you busy while I'm busy packing up all the books. The game/contest will end when I'm finished and I'm not quite sure when that will be. So hurry and guess!!!

Luke came up with an idea for your project, and Claire thinks it is a hoot (not her own words), but I'll let her tell you.

Claire did e-mail me and I'll get back with her one of these days. Luke's idea is great and would be really fun to work on!

  5. Well, at least you guessed, and that's better than everyone else out there who reads my blog!

    Yeah, that would work too.

  9. Oh come on guys! This was supposed to be fun, but now instead of fun guesses all I'm getting are complaints!

All you have to do is guess a number, any number (I'll give you a hint: make sure your number has at least two digits), and then wait to see how close you are! It's not the end of the world if you don't guess exactly right.

  27. Since you really only have about 5 or six comments begging you to post, I'll add a seventh and do it in the form that a certain anonymous someone has been using:

    POST! POST! POST!
