My blog is in desperate need of a new design. I mean, I've had this background for almost three years! Definitely time for a change. Problem is, I can't come up with anything I like! I prefer darker colors with a lighter background for the main body, and I would love to be able to put a picture in the header. And even though I'm a girl, I'm not into frilly, flowery blogs. Sorry.
Any ideas or solutions?

I love pictures in headers, and I would love to be able to change in occasionally without having to change the entire blog around.
Funny...I have actually thought about doing black and white. But, I still haven't seen anything that I like. Oh well.
BTW, was Tennessee orange anywhere in his suggestion?
I personally like burgandy and cream together. I think a picture would be nice, but other than that I like your set up/background
