So we were driving back home through Florida; the sun was shining brightly, the air was was warm, everyone was in great spirits; but someone just had to get her feet wet. I mean, who comes all the way to the beach without actually going to the beach? :)
And the water was cold.
Freezing, actually.
But we got our feet all sandy and wet anyway.

The was the first time Joshua had been to the beach. :) I'm not quite sure what he thought of the sand, but I think he was ok with it. He didn't really like the water though.
Some of us got a little more wet than others of us. Ok, a lot more wet.
See? They do love each other!
The sunset that night was absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately it's not easy taking a good picture with your phone from inside a vehicle while riding 70mph over a bridge. But the colors are still pretty.
Wow, could I *possibly* look more like a dork than I do in that picture? Lol.
