Title? I can't think of a good one...

So much has been going on the past couple of weeks, I'm not sure where to begin. I guess I'll start with last week.

The beginning of the week was spent helping some dear friends move. A very accurate description of their move can be found here. We had a lot of fun working together and the moving group will be at it again in a few weeks; only, with us instead.

The Stouffers spent this past weekend with us and helped tremendously with cooking and cleaning and organizing and watching little ones; you name it, they did it. Their plans were to leave Tuesday morning and they were all packed up and were walking out the door when Mom thought she was going into labor. So they stayed another day and were such a blessing.

I think I'm getting a little ahead of myself here. Let me back up to Monday evening. The Lingos came over and fixed us all a wonderful dinner, we played Carrom 'til the tips of our fingernails were purple, and we even found a way to watch the NCAA championship game. Don't think I can explain that very well, so I won't even try.

Okay, back to Tuesday... and the baby! Dad and Mom ended up going to the doctor after lunch who then sent them on to the hospital. "Little Princess" was born on January 9, 2007 at 7:12 pm. Everything went very well. Mamma said that it was one of her easiest deliveries which was an answer to prayer. The LORD is good! They are both doing well, though Mamma could use a little extra rest. Okay, maybe a lot of rest.

My little sister is...well, just beautiful! She has a perfect little head with perfect little eyes and ears and a perfect little nose, perfect hands, perfectly BIG feet and a perfectly strong set of lungs! None of us can get over how tiny she is! Our God has truly been gracious to us all and we can't thank him enough for this new little blessing that He has given us!
