The Lord has greatly answered our prayer for a fifteen passenger van; we went and purchased one today!
Around 8 o'clock this morning, I was in the living room when Dad went into the kitchen to make himself some coffee. As he was making it, he looked up at me and said, "Did you hear where we are going today?" I, of course, hadn't and was greatly surprised and delighted when he said we were going to get a fifteen passenger van! So after family worship this morning, we all piled in to the Expedition and set off. It took all day long to get the new van, but we finally were able to drive it home and it is now sitting in our driveway!
Our Heavenly Father has certainly been taking good care of us and has so graciously provided the means by which to buy this van. I cannot express our thankfulness to Him not only for this vehicle but for always watching over us and giving us so many more blessings than we deserve.
I'll post a picture of the van tomorrow if I think about it; it's such a pretty van!

ReplyDeleteThat's wonderful Kaliste!!! We're looking (okay, just dreaming) for a church bus type thing that's not a gas hog, has a collapsable table in the middle, and is less than $1000. So, if you hear of anything you know what to do! ;D
